Another media victory narrative has been crafted for Tel Aviv. Last Friday, the Anglo-sphere media rushed to report an Israeli drone and missile strike on Iran, near the city of Isfahan, home to its nuclear research and development centre and a major military air base. Tehran subsequently confirmed its air defence batteries successfully intercepted three, small quadcopter drones originating from inside Iran and that there had been no missile attack, no damage, no casualties.
